Fee Structure

While Sidock Architects is a fairly large full service firm, our fee structure is more similar to that of a small firm, with our billable rates lower than most, if not all, firms of our size.  We accomplish this both through the hiring of multi-talented individuals and through the use of “working management”, which gives us a very “top light” structure with lower overhead costs.
